All of the following terms and conditions apply to all affiliate programs run by Acorn Web Development and must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement.
Acorn Web Development reserves the right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion. Failure to comply with any of the terms below in Acorn Web Development Inc's opinion could result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of all accrued funds and a ban from our program.

1.Acorn Web Development Inc offers a Partnership - 25% net commission program
The following terms and conditions apply equally to each of the above sponsorship programs unless stated otherwise.

2.You may post as many Acorn Web Development Inc banners on your site as you wish. You may create your own promotional pages linking to Acorn Web Development Inc products but if you do, you must provide links to the membership area as well as the transaction pages located on Acorn Web Development Inc's server. Linking only to a transaction page or linking to a transaction page, which is not on hosted on a Acorn Web Development Inc's server is a violation of this agreement.

3. Broken banner images, falsification, bandwidth theft, any attempt at misleading advertising, as well as using other sponsorship program's banners for linking to Acorn Web Development Inc's websites are all a violation of this agreement.

4. The action of sending any clicks from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement: prostitution, child pornography, beastiality, warez, password selling or trading, hacking, cracking, Unsolicited Bulk Emails or spam e-mails and newsgroup postings.

5. Due to a dramatic increase in the number of complaints concerning the use of Internet spam to promote Acorn Web Development Inc links, we are enforcing our NO SPAM policy very strictly. If Acorn Web Development Inc has reasonable suspicion that you are guilty of spamming Internet outlets such as e-mail, news groups, IRC, etc. you are in violation of this agreement.

6. If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, the account will be terminated and ALL accrued funds will be WITHHELD.

7. Unlawful activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted photos, materials or software, violation of export restrictions, fraud, the solicitation of gambling or prostitution, or other practices which may be considered obscene and/or illegal material.

8. Acorn Web Development Inc will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from, but not limited to complications with equipment, networks, or technical errors.

9. Acorn Web Development Inc reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL commissions due, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in anyway.

10. Acorn Web Development Inc reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month.

11. Acorn Web Development Inc reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

12. Acorn Web Development Inc reserves the right to change the commission rate with a three day email notice to the current email address on file.

13. You must notify us before or upon termination of this agreement of any changes to your account's payment information.
